          Job Description / Tasks

          ● Implement the HR strategic planning.


          ● Defining and implementing short and long term manpower plans.


          ● Recruit and manage the selection process.


          ● Perform the onboarding process for the new staff.


          ● Maintain the work structure by updating job descriptions for positions.


          ● Design and implement competency models and accessment center.


          ● Monitor the employee performance management system.


          ● Prepare and implement training and development plans for employees to ensure that employees


           acquire the necessary skills in an effective and timely manner.


          ● Develop and implement HR branding strategies.


          ● Develop and implement on workforce and succession planning and talent mangement.


          ● Manage the employee relations process and build out the employee relations function.


          ● Provide the welfare and motivation plan.


          ●Design and implement employee experience frameworks and exit management.


          ●Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS).

          Requirements / Skills

          ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or other related fields.


          ● More than 3 years of experience in the same position.


          ● Age range: Up to 35 years old.


          ● Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).


          ● Familiar with the excellence models of human resource management.


          ● Fluent in quantitative performance management methods (such as OKR, BSC and etc.).


          ● Excellent communication skills.


          ● Result-oriented.


          ● Strong networking abilities.


          ● Preferably fluent in English.
