The role requires advanced analytical skills, hands-on approach on analytical tools, business sense and communication skills.
Job Description:
- Design and develop metrics and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Validate and audit data accuracy and the functionality of existing dashboards.
- Manage the collection and validation of user requirements for data analytics.
- Lead the identification and resolution of data quality issues.
- Coordinate with data engineers to ensure data infrastructure meets analytics needs.
- Oversee and mentor junior data analysts in their daily tasks and projects.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and deliver insights on internal operations.
- Manage stakeholder communication for clarifying data requirements and reporting results.
- Review and refine analytical processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity.
