Job Description / Tasks

Location: Abbas Abad St, Tehran, Iran (onsite)

Nadin Soft, a reputable software development company based in Tehran, is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist Intern for a 3-month internship. This position provides a unique chance to be involved in various HR functions, assist with employee relations, and enhance your communication and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:



  • Assist in documenting HR policies and procedures.

  • Support in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Assist in preparing and analyzing various HR reports.

  • Support in conducting research to determine trends and best practices in HR.

  • Help in maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  •  Act as a communication bridge between employees and the HR department.



Working Schedule: 



  • Saturday to Wednesday (5 working days per week)

  • from 8:00 to 17:00 or 9:00 to 18:00

  • 3-months duration


 

Requirements / Skills

Requirements:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Interest or experience in Human Resource management would be beneficial.

  • Basic technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Persian.

  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing conditions.

  • Some knowledge of employment laws and practices would be advantageous.

  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases is a plus.
