Nadin Soft, a reputable software development company based in Tehran, is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist Intern for a 3-month internship. This position provides a unique chance to be involved in various HR functions, assist with employee relations, and enhance your communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in documenting HR policies and procedures.
- Support in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing various HR reports.
- Support in conducting research to determine trends and best practices in HR.
- Help in maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Act as a communication bridge between employees and the HR department.
Working Schedule:
- Saturday to Wednesday (5 working days per week)
- from 8:00 to 17:00 or 9:00 to 18:00
- 3-months duration
