Job Description / Tasks

Become the linking part for the company’s different levels – management, marketing, operation as well as operational stakeholders
Plan, organize, direct and control the company’s effectiveness and performance
Establish organizational structures, schedules and workflows to improve efficiency of operations
Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk and predicting future trends
Work closely with other members of the board to identify current and future risks and opportunities – help formulating and implementing the company’s strategic and long-range goals
Provide supervision of the staff – analyze training needs to design employee development hand in hand with other members of the board
Help shaping the company’s future – research new laws and develop alternative methods of tourism and project management

Requirements / Skills

Proficient in English. German or other language skills is a plus
