Job Description / Tasks
-Provides leadership, expertise and professional advice to the Commercial Manager in regards to sales channels to ensure business objectives are supported.
-Develops and gains agreement to sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the implementation and realization of agreed corporate sales objectives.
-Provides input and participates in the development of pricing, discount, inventory, promotions and sales and marketing strategies in conjunction with marketing, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
-Monitor customer’s needs, commercial trends, market situation, and competitor’s activities in order to determine the effectiveness of commercial plans and strategies.
-Administers the performance of management processes for the commercial team members in order to establish and communicate individual objectives, assess subsequent performance and identify development needs.
-Creates and develops a long term plan and strategy for development and launching of the category.
-Cooperate with marketing team to develop key promotional/sales plans.
-Negotiation with suppliers to have the best win-win business contracts and deals in line with business development plan.
