Assist in recruitment effort
Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all team personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Assist and constantly improve on-boarding and off-boarding processes for new hires within these departments including payroll, benefits, exit interviews
Assist in assess employee training and development needs and prepare training calendar Assist to prepare Job Profile for all positions at company
Assist to improve internal communication.
الزامات / مهارتها
Have at-least 3 years related experience in HR department. Have a thorough knowledge of Labor Law of Iran.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Can express ideas, thoughts and concepts clearly and concisely.
Must have sound judgment and the ability to use discretion in handling sensitive HR issues, along with skill in providing objective, neutral, and strategic HR services.
Have demonstrated excellent employee service. Resolve problems responsively, creatively and logically.
Keep apprised & updated on new regulations, company policies & procedures.
