Supervise the design, documentation, and implementation of company systems and operational methods
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across departments
Collaborate with various teams to implement best practices and new methodologies
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness of systems
Train staff on new systems and methods to ensure smooth adoption
Lead projects related to process improvement and operational excellence
Ensure alignment of systems and methods with organizational goals and industry standards
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in systems management, process improvement, or related roles
Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow optimization, and quality management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and process management tools
Effective communication and training abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments
Fluency in English
