شرح شغل / وظایف

Charisma financial group is on the path to developing multiple financial solutions. Some of these solutions will have infrastructural nature and will serve the organization, internally in order to provide better services to its customers. On the other hand, there are some projects that will serve the end customers. The Payment project serves both sides. It has an API-based connection with several back offices such as brokerage, funds, etc. also it connects to several banks and handles banking operations.

Your work will conclude lots of contacting and follow-ups with all these business partners as much as the usual process of product ownership such as writing PBIs, documentation, team building, etc.

Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

Defining the vision for the team’s product

Creating a product road map based on this vision

Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements

Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development

Developing user stories

Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates

Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

Implementing and documentation of external APIs

Contacting business partners and following shared business interests
