A day in the life of a PROFESSIONAL Call Center Representative:
- Use state-of-the-art technology and communicate with Consumers via phone, live chat, email, and text.
- Take inbound and outbound calls with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Connect with viewers by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs, make appropriate recommendations, and provide assistance and accurate information to resolve their issues
- Take a proactive role in maintaining FILIMO brand standards
- Uphold all company policies as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures
- Computer skills, Ms Office
- Exercise good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
