Manage the day to day Human Resource functions to provide ongoing support and assistance with the administration of all Human Resource related programs, policies and procedures.
Recommend new ideas and approaches to policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department
Support recruiting activities and on-boarding of new Joiners
Participates in developing and Training department goals, objectives and systems
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Administers the compensation and benefit program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Assist with the establishment and maintenance of various employee engagement programs or related special events.
