Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong communication and collaboration across product management, development, and business teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document user and stakeholder requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear product specifications and ensure technical feasibility through close collaboration with the development team.
- Prepare, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in alignment with the product roadmap and business priorities.
- Ensure all requirements are well-documented, transparent, and clearly understood by the development team.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
- Review deliverables, QA testing, and validating development outputs to ensure they meet required acceptance criteria.
- Conduct regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine and evolve features.
- Maintain close involvement in the development lifecycle and monitor team progress.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and UI/UX designers to create user-friendly dashboards and internal tools.
- Make informed UI/UX-related decisions where needed, ensuring usability and clarity.
- Clearly communicate requirements and expectations to both developers and designers to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of internal workflows and translate them into smart product improvements.
