At Agah we are looking for a HR manager to identify and support HR related needs and demands for one of our subsidiary companies.
Responsibilities:
· Design, update, implement, and control staff related internal policies and regulations
· Supervise recruitment and hiring processes
· Provide statistical reports of administrative processes, human resources, and data analysis
· Develop and implement human resources strategies in line with the organization's strategy
· Career planning based on performance analysis for continuous employee development
· Build a deep understanding of current pain points and future needs by gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources
· Providing solutions to increase the efficiency and motivation of the organization's employees
· Manage internal communication and employee relation
· Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
· Identify training needs for teams and individuals
· Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs
· At least 5 years of experience in similar roles or HRBP roles
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management
· Familiar with organizational processes design related to the field of human resources
· Familiarity with mentoring skills and establishing effective communication
· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficient in training and development processes
