Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, creative, responsible, and loyal Business Assistant.
● Responsible for managing the flow of communication through the office.
● Personal assistant tasks for MD, including but not limited to diary management, organizing both internal and external meetings, taking notes, ensuring proper documentation, etc.
● Manage travel itineraries including flights, visa requirements, accommodation, and traveling with MD.
● Undertake projects including event planning.
● Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices and coordination are seamless across all interfaces.
● Assist MD to manage output, workflow, and deadlines.
