Responsibilities
- Supporting our customers in all customer lifecycle management phases.
- Definition and understanding of project requirements of our customers as well as the adaptation of these to conversation interfaces.
- Dialogue, user story & UX design to develop the best intelligent chatbot and personal assistant dialogs that meet customer requirements.
- Hands-on implementation, optimization, and improvement/training for our customers.
- Close cooperation in our Technical team and Head of Product and Business;
- Coordinating the project goals and customer requirements with the development plans.
- Ensuring high quality in project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Digital Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and best-practices in web/mobile user experience.
- Digital design and prototyping tools have no secret for you. Pick your favorite from Sketch, Figma, Invision, Adobe XD, Proto.io.
- Willingness to learn and constant further development.
- Working independently and taking your own initiatives with a hands-on mentality and solution and service-oriented thinking.
- Eyes for detail and quality with on-time delivery.
