Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to join our “Farabixon Tribe” team at Soshyant. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design tribe, creating innovative and user-centric designs, and driving the overall product design strategy that leads to business outcomes. You will also have a strong understanding of product, design, and business metrics and be able to define metrics for assessing design impact.

Requirements / Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design tribe, inspiring and guiding a team of talented designers.

Establish and refine the product design process, including ideation, concept development,

prototyping, and iteration, ensuring efficient workflows and collaboration.

Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and coherence across all products and platforms.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create user-centric designs, driving product strategy.

Utilize analytics tools to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Job Requirements:

Expertise in Figma and design systems.

Strong strategic mindset and the ability to align design efforts with business goals and objectives.

Experience in monitoring key product, design, and business metrics to data-driven decision making.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers.

Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric approach to design.

+3y of experience in product design or similar roles.

Portfolio demonstrating different design skills, the experience of shipping products & showcasing your design process.

What Makes You Stand Out:

Understanding of common software development practices.

Familiarity with Service Design or Business Design.

Strong business/product sense
