Hiring Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from idealization to launch, ensuring that all designs meet


• customer needs and business goals.


• Conduct user research studies and analyze the resulting data to gain insights into user behavior and needs. This includes skills such as tracking user behaviors, conducting


• surveys, usability testing, and user interviews.


• Take a hands-on approach to interface and experience design of our products.


• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and other assets to facilitate the design process.


• Create prototypes to test and validate assumptions.


• Give and receive feedback from other designers.


• Design clean and unique user interfaces that reflect UX requirements and complement
  brand/product identity.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers,


• researchers, and data analysts to develop and execute on product strategies.


• Work with front-end developers to deliver designs of the highest quality to our users.


• Observe current user behavior and make design suggestions to improve UX.


• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research.


• Adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced startup environment.


• Build empathy and understanding of our users and how to empower them.


• Set a design vision for modern enterprise apps and become an expert in this field.
  Job Requirements:


• Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics.


• Expertise in Figma and design systems.


• Experience leading design initiatives and managing a team of designers.


• Experience in designing complex enterprise panels.


• Component-first mindset in design.


• Familiar with using and creating design systems.


• Intuitive mind for good user experience.


• Able to analyze, optimize, and simplify complex flows and scenarios.


• Ability to effectively communicate with team members.


• Familiar with designing for different platforms.


• Relevant understanding of best practices and trends in UI/UX design.


• Obsessive attention to even the smallest of details.


• Great time management skills.


• What Makes You Stand Out:


• BFA or BA in a design relevant field such as Human Interaction, Graphic Design, UX


• Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, etc.


• Understanding of common software development practices.


• Experience with design sprints / agile methodologies.


• Working as a producer of valuable content in the fields of design as a writer, mentor, facilitator, etc.
