Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing AI tools for content creation, managing content publication on our magazine platform, crafting engaging social media captions, optimize product and category pages on main shop page and developing compelling content for various marketing channels.
This role requires a deep understanding of SEO (on-page), Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, WordPress and a strong grasp of content writing principles and brand voice.
Your role will be essential in shaping our brand's narrative, engaging our audience, and driving our content strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Tools Proficiency:
Leverage AI tools effectively for content creation and optimization.
Stay updated with the latest AI content generation technologies and trends.
Content Publishing:
· Manage and oversee the publication of content on our magazine platform.
· Ensure content alignment with our editorial standards and brand voice.
· Craft creative and engaging captions for various social media platforms.
· Develop and write content for a range of marketing channels including email campaigns, blogs, and advertising copy.
· Adapt writing style to suit different channels and target audiences.
SEO and WordPress Expertise:
· Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and engagement.
· Utilize WordPress for content management and publication.
Homepage content/section optimization:
· Change and update different sections in Malltina Homepage with our Dedicated Cms in Data-Driven way to increase Conversion rate and Create better User flow in whole site.
Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with graphic designers and other content creators to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing content strategy.
· Provide guidance and feedback to content creators to enhance their skills and align with brand standards.
Content Calendar Management:
· Create and maintain a content calendar to schedule and organize content production, publication, and distribution.
· Coordinate with content creators, writers, designers, SEO team and other team members to meet deadlines and content goals.
Content Analytics and Reporting:
· Monitor content performance using analytics tools to track engagement, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
· Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
· Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
· Proficiency in content management systems (CMS like wordpress) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
· Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing content trends.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
