Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deeply understand user needs and craft research that informs product design.
- Design and conduct user studies, including surveys, usability testing, and interviews, to validate hypotheses and drive design decisions.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that can be clearly communicated to stakeholders and team members.
- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure research findings are integrated into product designs effectively.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and methodologies in UX research to continuously improve our practices.
- Present research findings and strategic guidance to stakeholders to influence product direction.
