To achieve this goal, we are looking for a business analyst to join several of our teams. Our expectation from the business analyst is to know the financial market and help product managers in the product discovery and development process so we can deliver high-quality products that meet the company's vision.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a domain expert in the financial market, providing insights and expertise to the Product Manager
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project scope, requirements, and timelines
- Develop functional specifications, wireframes, and other documentation to ensure clear communication of project requirements
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the project meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our trading access platform is industry-leading
- Understand the legal limitations of the financial market and inform the team about the risks
