Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective growth solution
- Participate in OKR check in meetings to monitor objective progress
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Growth Trends: Analyze and interpret data to provide insights on growth trends within
- the industry and collect and recommend actionable strategies for business managers based on C-Levels & BD team & Squad data.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to help the business lines stay ahead of the curve.
- Report Creation: Prepare detailed and insightful reports for C-level executives, summarizing findings and providing recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
- Decision Support: Collaborate with C-level executives to provide analytical support and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various business lines to understand their needs and provide tailored support for their growth initiatives.
