We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts and drive measurable growth for our organization. This role involves overseeing paid media strategies, fostering partnerships, and leveraging data to inform decisions that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with key business objectives such as customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to ensure team success and alignment with goals.
• Plan, budget, and prioritize marketing initiatives, including campaign timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners, ad networks, and platforms to expand collaborations, negotiate favorable terms, and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Lead the execution of diverse Google Ads campaigns, from initial setup and optimization to scaling and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to best practices and achieving KPIs such as CPA, CPL, and CTR.
• Integrate retention marketing tactics and marketing automation tools to nurture leads, re-engage existing customers, and enhance lifetime value through personalized campaigns and automated workflows.
• Analyze performance data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics 4, ad platforms, automation systems) to make data-driven decisions, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and creative teams, to align marketing efforts with broader company goals and ensure seamless communication.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, including advanced campaign management, bid strategies, audience targeting, and optimization techniques across multiple campaign types.
• Strong knowledge of domestic advertising channels, ad networks, and emerging digital tools.
• Familiarity with retention marketing principles and marketing automation platforms (e.g., WebEngage or similar) to build and scale customer retention programs.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking, reporting, and deriving insights.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align marketing tactics with long-term business vision and adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on evidence-based decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-focused environment with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating challenges.
• Exceptional negotiation skills to secure partnerships, resolve conflicts, and drive mutually beneficial agreements.
