Incorporate the establishment of a project management methodology into which fits project management needs
Build up a repository of project templates in both technical and management manner
Project planning and controlling supervision

Collaborating in designing and implementing the PMO related processes

Gender: Male
Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or Project management
Preferably at least 6 years of experiences & previous PMO experience
Working background in mining industry
Familiar with project budgeting, cost analysis
Expert in the relevant and appropriate software
Expert in P6 – Office
Understanding and knowledge on project management standards and EPM
Advanced planning, monitoring and reporting skills
Needs to be pro-active, flexible with a can-do attitude
Ability to work under pressure
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Problem solving, decision making, and judgment skills
High communication, verbal and written skills Ability to communicate and provide services to teams and customers
