Job Description / Tasks

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented International Customer Support to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat and email.
- Qualify leads by assessing their requests.
- Proactively follow up with customers and gather valuable feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.

Requirements / Skills

Skills & Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Negotiating skills and being able to convince people
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in customer support and familiarity with international trade is a plus.
