Hiring Web platform developer

For the first phase of the project, the developer should do remote working from Iran on a full-time basis but for the following phases, the developer should be willing and ready to move to Germany.
We will obtain for the developer a Blue Card (work and residence permit of Germany), but the condition for this is that the developer should necessarily have an internationally valid university degree which corresponds to the B.Sc. level (4 years of study).
