- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in software developing and maintaining
- Good knowledge in software developing methods and technologies
- Years of experience as developer or programmer ( PHP & MySQL ) and totally familiar with developers concerns and needs
- Relevant Management certification may be required.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with pure PHP, Laravel, Phalcon, or similar framework
- Good knowledge of MySQL, Kafka, RabitMQ, and Redis
- Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of our products and services
- Strong knowledge and experience in backend development systems and methodologies
- Produce highly scalable, high-quality software
- Experience in using version control systems like GIT and comfortable working with branches and CI/CD
- able to communicate well externally and also with the rest of the team
- Creative, driven, proactive, and motivated to try new things
- A versatile, practical, pragmatic worker capable of working autonomously and as a part of an interdisciplinary team
