What we expect for this job
● Prepare a comprehensive list of academic fields of study and provide relevant information about each field.
● Manage admission affairs, including processing applications, reviewing documentation, and assessing eligibility criteria.
● Effectively handle telephone and email inquiries from prospective students, parents, teachers, counselors, and universities.
● Accurately complete university applications for all academic levels, ensuring the correctness and integrity of entered information.
● Enter pertinent information about universities into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
● Monitor and track applicants' responses to admission decisions, and promptly update faculties regarding applicants' status.
● Ensure the appropriate handling and support of international students and clients.
● Maintain regular communication with academic and administrative staff, facilitating efficient information exchange.
