As a Senior Data Science Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming large volumes of user data into actionable insights. Your work will focus on user behavior analysis, building predictive models, and informing product development strategies. By identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities, you will enable the business to make data-driven decisions that directly influence the product roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and UX/UI designers, to ensure that our applications deliver maximum value to our users. Your analytical expertise will drive innovation and ensure that our data serves as a critical asset in growing our user base and platform engagement.
Some of the things you will do in this role:
- Analyze large data sets to discover patterns, trends and insights that inform product development and business strategy.
- Development and deployment of machine learning models to predict user behavior and interaction.
- Collaborate with product teams to determine criteria and new product features and evaluate their impact after launch.
- Visualizing key performance indicators, tracking product performance and creating dashboards and reporting on them.
- Creating continuous improvement in data collection, analysis and reporting methods.
- Present findings and recommendations to relevant managers to influence strategic decision-making.

- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL and professional Excel
- Expertise in machine learning techniques and predictive modeling
- Experience working with big data technologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS for data storage and processing
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing and data visualization tools (eg, Power BI)
- Getting to know mobile application user behavior analysis and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Ability to implement and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes

Qualifying conditions:
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data science, data analytics, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
