As a DataCenter Network Engineer, you will support, troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain the network infrastructure for our datacenters. This includes managing routers, switches, servers, and network security solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our network environment by diagnosing and resolving network-related issues, monitoring performance, and implementing new technologies.
● Support, install, and configure routers, switches, servers, and other network hardware.
● Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity.
● Participate in the daily planning, scheduling, and execution of network operations tasks and project activities.
● Managing and maintaining site infrastructure, including network connectivity and internet access.
● Configure networks to ensure reliable operation for business objectives and processes.
● Monitor network performance and proactively address latency, connectivity, and security issues.
● Strong Experience in Virtualization.
● Install and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, load balancers, VPN devices, and firewalls.
● Responsible for administration and support of backup systems and software. Develop and implement effective backup strategies & disaster recovery for Enterprise Systems
● Design and maintain scalable Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructures.
● Manage multiple ISPs for traffic balancing, failover, and optimization.
● Define, document, and enforce system standards, network configurations, topologies, and policies.
● Collaborate with the team to scale the network infrastructure to meet business growth and evolving needs.
● Support the definition of network architecture, evaluation of products, and integration of new technologies.
● Configure, manage, and optimize BGP routing for multi-homed networks.
● Ensure network security by managing firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, network access controls, and other security protocols.
● Provide 24/7 support as needed and during emergencies.
● Good experience in working with different devices ( Cisco, Nexus, Mikrotik, HP, … )
● Hands-on experience with network monitoring, diagnostic, and analysis tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
