شرح شغل / وظایف


  • Developing and executing the national sales strategy.

  • Monitor and drive sales performance across different regions and product categories.

  • Lead and supervise area/regional sales managers to ensure alignment with targets.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

  • Coordinate with marketing, after-sales, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth execution.

  • Participate in pricing strategy, key account negotiations, and distributor management.

  • Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analyses for senior management.

  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing sales team members.

  • Represent the company in major trade shows, customer meetings, and strategic negotiations.

الزامات / مهارت‌ها


  • At least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods or home appliances.

  • Proven experience in leading large sales teams and managing complex sales operations.

  • Strong knowledge of retail networks, distribution channels, and national key accounts.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinking with a strong analytical and data-driven approach.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales CRM systems.
