The Role
Objective:
• Designing and Developing Customized Solutions for Company unique needs
Main responsibilities:
• Analysis (including analysis of application and database), development (including application development and database commands), documentation (compiling and writing technical documentation development) and writing test application programs
• Architecting and designing the application and database
• Bug fixing
• Clarifying what actions the application is intended to perform and breaking down its specification
• Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct
• Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes
• Continuous code maintenance and improvement
• Designing and developing .Net applications and Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation
• Estimating and planning of development tasks
• Extensive experience in software development from Architecting and Designing to Development and Testing
• Implementing complicated tasks
• Monitoring and supporting the launched products constantly
Requirements
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience building .Net applications using C# is required
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience with .Net Framework 4.0 or 4.5
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Asp.Net MVC
• At least Bachelor degree in computer engineering or equivalent educations
• Must have experience with developing large scale web applications in .NET
Proficiency in the following skills and technologies is mandatory:
• OOP (Experience in development base on SOLID principles)
• ASP.NET with C# (MVC and Web Form)
• SQL Server (Design and Implementation)
• UML (Experience in OO analyze and design)
• Scrum (Experience with Agile software development methodologies)
Good to have:
• Able to translate customer and business needs to technical solutions
• Working ability to perform requirements elicitation, requirements analysis using use case modeling
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM & SharePoint
• Flexible for team working, Interested in knowledge upgrading
• Collaborate with members of a SCRUM team to ensure success (Product Owners, Engineers, QA, …)
• Participate in all SCRUM related events such as Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and Backlog Grooming
• Knowledge in network, DNS, load balancing, firewalling, etc.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Manage several activities in parallel
