From ۱۹۸۵, due to business requirement Haml Varedat Iran expanded its activities and thence spread out its organization to meet domestic and international demands. As a result of such expansion, company now consisted of the following establishments / companies:
Iran Sea Transport Co.: in line of shipping agencies, chartering, and shipping transportation between Persian Gulf Ports. The services rendering with benefit of three combinations, of Tug Boats and Flat deck barges with maximum ۵۰۰۰ MT actual capacity for carrying Dry and liquid cargo across the Persian Gulf.
