Job Description / Tasks

 


·         Setting up Data & Insight practices and structuring D&I initiatives in call center to capture customer insight


·           Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer segmentation models and methodologies


·         Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions from data and communicate findings to non-technical audiences


·         Using automated tools (including the google set of tools and other data analyzing tools) to extract data from primary and secondary sources in order to generate customer insight


·         Filter, monitor،analyze and interpret data trends on customer call & ticket activity performance also all customer related SLAs and KPIs to generate regular (daily, monthly, quarterly…) reports


·         Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for customer behavior diagnosis and prediction


·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer insights are integrated into decision-making


·         Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends


·         Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines


·         Perform ad hoc analyses as needed


 


 

Requirements / Skills

·         Strong experience and knowledge of SQL essential


·         Knowledge of data modeling in a customer behavioral insight context


·         Strong communication skills – able to communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders


·         Commercially focused, and aware of how insight can be used to drive business value


·         A passion for data analysis and problem solving with a proactive approach


·         Quality, accuracy, and attention to detail


·         The ability to work proactively and independently, effectively prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment


·         Advanced data analysis in Microsoft Excel


·         Experience and knowledge of programming languages like, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python


·         Experience and knowledge of Data Visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data studio, Qlik


·         Familiar with standard frameworks such as ITIL, TMF SID, eTOM and TAM


·         Solid domain knowledge of BSS applications - which include portals, CRM, Billing, Order management with deep domain knowledge in CRM.
