Support the recruitment/hiring process by arranging interviews, collecting related comments and follow-up from hiring manager, providing related report on specified intervals.(weekly and monthly)
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Maintain the HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.)
- Help supervisors in assessing employee engagement and evaluation (Assist in providing engagement posts and activities)
- Answering employee requests and questions.
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Advanced level in Photoshop.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
