Bachelor's degree previous experience:
Min 2-3 years of experience directly with general managers Specialist knowledge
Excellent knowledge of MS-office (Word-Excel-PowerPoint-Outlook)
- Having at least 3 year experience as Office assistant
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Good typing skills (Persian/English/Turkish)
- Language Skills: Fluent English and Turkish Proficiency (both writing and speaking)
- Patient, calm, polite, disciplined, punctuate, trustful and creative personality
- Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations
- High energy level and flexibility to work depend on demands of the role.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities

- Provide secretarial assistance to CEO and Deputies producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general Administration for the company
- Preparation and organization of GM's daily, weekly, etc. plans and meetings
- Preparation and presentation of daily, weekly reports
- Organization of local and international travels of managers and guests
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and internal & external events
-make travel and hotel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation) both local and abroad, inform schedules and calendars events for management team.
- Prepare, file and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Excellent communication, organizational and written skills (Typing Persian/English/Turkish)
- Letter preparation and email correspondences in both Persian and English
- Answering phone calls
- Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents
-Supporting commercial team including secretary and administrative tasks
- Cooperate in arrangements for events including press conferences and exhibitions.
- Maintain a productive relationship with related company publisher
- Arrange for all promotional items such as promotional gifts, POS materials and printed items (brochures, Posters, Dangler...) as per management request.
- Report results of PR and advertising activities and provide recommendations to improve their effectiveness.
- At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
- Co- operate in meeting as Turkish and English translator
