The Role

As a customer service expert, you will be required to:
- Answering customers&039; calls and resolving their problems (via website, phone, email, and fax).
- Receiving complaints in different methods (through website, phone, email, and fax).
- Handling complaints and referring them to the appropriate process.
- Providing proper reports regarding complaints and issues.
- Collaborating with other teams to fully resolve any issues regarding the customers.
- Promoting necessary software systems to customers.
- Training customers on using different developed applications properly.
- Preparing the Analytical Report about the Complaints and issues.
- Planning and implementing customer care scenarios aligned with company&039;s strategies.
- Preparing feedbacks regarding issues and proposing new scenarios to increase customer&039;s satisfaction
-Available for 24x7 on-call rotation as operation might require
