Hiring Sales Manager

- Managing and supervising current dealers orders and payments
- Analyzing sales vacuums and further potentials to be tackled within our dealers.
- Developing and conducting strategies to increase sales and market share, by effectively targeting different client groups.
- Assessing further channels of sales outside of our current sales network.
- Actively pursuing corporate sales and visiting different organizations to open new sales avenues.
- Analyzing the need of each client and making relevant sales recommendations based on their trend and ability.
- Taking required marketing actions to continue strengthening company brands.
- Advance planning for the various required activities, be it production of numerous marketing items, distribution of these marketing items, processing orders and invoices.
- Arranging for the distribution of products to dealers in a timely manner.
- Constantly compare us with competitors and conduct corrective action.
- Supervising various sales activities going on in the department.
- Liaising / reporting, with/to finance department.
- Managing promotion schemes and exhibitions.
