Playing the role of administrator to support and develop Jira tools

Ability to implement service management processes in accordance with ITIL v3 sales method

Managing users and accesses in Jira software

R&D on the latest version of Tools and Add-ons for better responsiveness

Integration of Jira software with other software through API (through plugins and scripting)

Work with Jira software database

Managing up-to-date maintenance of available tools and documentation for team use and team training

Required Skills

Mastering how tables work in Jira software database

Familiar with the concepts of agile development framework, its methodologies and distributions

Familiar with the concepts of service management and ITIL v3 sales

Familiar with Groovy for scripting in Jira

Familiar with the concepts of equipment and asset management (CMDB)
