-Develop new plug INS, workflows and web services in CRM Dynamics
-Discover, document, and analyze key client organizational processes
-Define common access rights, such as private, public read and public readwrite Permission for accessing the data across the organization
-Provide training and ongoing support for internal users related to systems
-Contribute to development of a strategic vision of how the sales and marketing team can use CRM data to bring about positive change
