Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
Servicing the needs of the existing customers
Setting sales targets for his/her subordinates
Allocating areas to sales representatives
Monitoring his/her team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts
Reporting to Sales director / GM, daily/weekly/monthly
Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Ability to travel as required by role (up to 75% of the time)
