Product designer
By directing the product design process from conception to launch as a part of the Product team, you will be directly accountable for addressing the demands of our customers. In order to enhance designs using wireframes, storyboards, and process flows, you should ideally possess deep and comprehensive abilities for gathering and evaluating user requirements in partnership with product managers and engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Become responsible for the user interface: To enhance the user experience, pinpoint issues, make suggestions, urge implementations, and implement UI fixes.
- Create user personas in conjunction with product owners and subject matter experts after evaluating the requirements. You might create things like presentations, style guides, pattern libraries, motion designs, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design specifications.
- Understanding various techniques, including laboratory research, fieldwork, surveying, benchmark studies, server logs, and online experiments (A/B testing), can be used to acquire and analyze user behavior.
- Create user flows, reorganize them, and improve them in compliance with organizational policies and objectives. Produce research summary reports after analyzing user input (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and validation testing).
- You take part in the creation of methods, procedures, and workflows that direct how design work is carried out.
- By imparting your knowledge and experience, you show that you are interested in mentoring others.
- You can participate in research plans or observe and help with primary research.
