Design and implementation of short term and long term HR planning
Recruitment monitoring based on related policies and regulations
Implementation of all HR procedures based on current policies and propose development plans
Establishing KPIs for jobs and carrying out performance management system
Managing Career Path planning system
Promoting staff development and carry out training process
Maintains job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
Studying, planning and implementation of personnel welfare families based on current regulations
Requirements / Skills
Full command of HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading)
Good knowledge of related laws and regulations, staffing principles
Good knowledge of the principles of Professional human resources
Ability of short term and long term planning
