Job Description / Tasks
The key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- To be responsible for company's Customer Relationship Management
- To be responsible for plan and drive sales strategy across the country
- Devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets
- Responsible for achieving annual sales targets within operating budget with a focus on increasing revenues
- Motivating and leading the sales team
- Close collaboration with Technical departments and other related sections of the company to design and implement optimal packages and services
- Being responsible for design and execution of B2B and B2C marketing communications campaigns, including events, exhibitions, social media, etc. for continuous improvement of Company's positive image on the local market, increasing brand awareness
- Design and implementation of physical advertising in collaboration with 3rd party experts and vendors
- Developing and implementing marketing strategy, marketing plan, and innovative ideas for attracting potential subscribers
- To be responsible for creating market intelligence system and managing product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, and revenue retention and growth
- Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements
