In this role, you will be a highly analytical and passionate professional who thinks about the Service through the eyes of the customer and is keen to help grow revenue from our expanding portfolio of services.
A super talented Service Manager who works Cross-Department and ensures the quality of the service. Defines and creates the product lifecycle roadmap so that it is aligned with Senior Management Visions & Strategies. Determines priorities and activities in the service. Manages end-to-end, understands the industry and offerings.
- Lead cross functional to deliver revenue commitments and growth targets
- Help developing annual business plan to identify and develop specific marketing tactics and commercial action plans to deliver annual growth objectives.
- Make sure the necessary processes are followed for the service to perform well on a daily basis
- Translate product vision into prioritized requirements for Product teams to implement
- Internalize business goals, understand the user behavior, back it up with data, design and deliver product solutions to solve customer problems.
- Interprets issues and recommends solutions; recommends process, product, or service improvements.
- Representative expert for the rest of the organization on the vertical products, and must ensure that all departments are prepared for successful product delivery
- Manage vendor relationships such as negotiations, settling contract, following up on settlement or payment processes and etc.
- Create Performance/Operation reviews & reports to management on a Biweekly, Monthly & Quarterly basis or any further intervals needed.
